One person was killed in a stabbing during a festival on the Donauweg near Amsterdam Sloterdijk, and two people were injured. It would be the Solid Grooves festival on the Delta festival site. The police have arrested two suspects at the festival site.
The stabbing happened around 9:30 p.m. Sunday night. The three victims were immediately rushed to hospital.
A police spokesperson said that two suspects were arrested at the festival site not long after. According to bystanders, one of the victims was resuscitated. It is not yet clear why the stabbing took place. Police are asking witnesses to come forward.
