Three Indonesian crew members were seriously injured. Two others from that country and a crew member from Myanmar suffered minor injuries. They were disembarked using an airplane and two helicopters.
The cause of the explosion on the ship that was sailing 300 kilometers east of Hong Kong has not yet been determined. It concerns the vessel Chuang Yi registered in Panama. Due to the poor visibility, it is still unclear whether oil has leaked.
