A 36-year-old man hit a group of cyclists in Mannheim with his car on Sunday. A 71-year-old cyclist has died, three other people were seriously injured, police said. The driver of the car is said to have previously killed his 69-year-old father in Ellerstadt, 17 kilometers west of Mannheim. Mannheim is located in southwestern Germany, near Heidelberg in the state of Baden-Württemberg.
