There is still some room for improvement in accessibility in the municipality of De Wolden. This is the conclusion of the ‘De Wolden simply accessible’ working group. “Not much has improved, especially in the public space,” says chairman Sjoerd Reinstra. Many shops and public buildings also pose problems for people with disabilities to enter.
