A clean slate is missing for the best value
Manchester United’s 3-0 win over Leicester City on Sunday marked another milestone for goalkeeper David de Gea. The Spaniard now sits 180 clean sheets alongside United legend Peter Schmeichel as United’s most clean sheet record, according to the club.
De Gea’s clean sheet against the Foxes was also his 140th clean sheet in the Premier League and his 10th of the season. Since moving from Atlético Madrid in June 2011, the former international has made 521 appearances for the Red Devils. During his United career, de Gea has won the Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League.
