Anyone who has applied for a permit for a demolition and reconstruction project with a promoter before June 30 will still be able to claim a VAT rate of 6 percent for invoices in 2024. Prime Minister Alexander De Croo (Open Vld) stated this in Parliament on Wednesday, during the debate on the policy statement.
