Land questions are currently still, but to dissolve doubts about when it will be possible to submit the request for the Daycare bonus, confirmed for 2023, INPS took care of it. Or rather, all doubts are not. On the platform, in fact, the Institute did not go beyond clarity, but only wrote that the procedures for requesting the grant with which the State supports families with children who attend nursery schools, they will be activated in the coming weeks.

But among families there is a lot of expectation given that the nursery bonus is paid until resources are exhausted and last year many applications have been frozen due to lack of fundseven if they were then disbursed at a later time.

What contribution is it?
The nursery bonus, the contribution paid by the State to families to help them pay the fees for public and private nursery schools and to have younger children who have chronic illnesses cared for at home has become a structural measure. This means that you don’t need to confirm it every year.
So, let’s say that there is no doubt that the 2023 nursery bonus will exist for the entire period from 1 January to 31 December next. As well as no doubt that it can also be used for those children who will start nursery school in September 2023.
The amounts depend on the ISEE
The amounts are the same as last year and depending on the ISEE, a refund of the monthly fee paid is due, including the canteen, which will result
- Isee up to 25 thousand euros: 272.73 euros for 11 months
- Between 25,000 and 40,000 euros: 227.27 euros for 11 months
- More than 40 thousand euros: 136.37 euros for 11 months
Daycare bonus then when?
It will probably happen like last year when, although starting from 1 January, the bonus had been unlocked between February and early March.
And so, in fact, the Institute writes on its Facebook page where it clarified that the green light will take place in these weeks, just enough time to update their systems in order to allow the sending of new requests.
Given the confirmation, it is better to prepare all the documentation in the meantime: payment of the tuition fee for at least one month of attendance. In the case of public kindergartens, the documentation from which it results registration or successful inclusion in the ranking.
