DAX in range ahead of US data, news from PepsiCo, Südzucker, CropEnergies and Germany

The DAX marked the same price thresholds today as the day before. So far, this applies to the bottom as well as the top. Equivalent tension can be felt in the market, especially ahead of the important US consumer price data. They are released at 2.30pm and provide direct feedback on US inflation to the Fed and other market watchers.

We’ll talk about that today with Ingmar Königshofen and also look at the sentiment and the large chart picture. Where is the resistance that the DAX has to overcome first if it wants to uncover further potential towards the end of the year?

From the equities sector, a PepsiCo should be mentioned, which came up with very strong quarterly figures yesterday. The stock is among the year’s winners in the US market and is technically targeting all-time highs. How were the numbers in detail?

The figures for S&uum;dzucker and the subsidiary CropEnergies are closely related to this. Here too there was a positive surprise. Prices are coming back a bit today though. Is this an exciting opportunity for investors?

Fourth value is Deutsche Post. Its shares have halved since the start of the year, but the chief financial officer is sticking to full-year targets. The valuation is therefore quite attractive, as we discussed in today’s interview.

By looking at the dates already published for the day, you have a comprehensive view of today’s trading day.
