The cabinet refuses David Icke, who is known as a conspiracy theorist, entry to the Netherlands. Sources report that RTL News.

Icke would speak on Sunday during a demonstration of Samen voor Nederland. He would be refused because of the ‘risk to public order’. Mayor Halsema is said to be aware by now.

Museum Square

Mayor Halsema indicated this morning that the demonstration may only take place on the Museumplein. The organization of the protest does not agree with this and is considering going to court or ‘drinking coffee’ on Dam Square.

According to Halsema, whether Icke comes to the Netherlands or not does not matter for the location of the demonstration. If he didn’t come, according to her, he might still speak via a video connection.

Mayor Femke Halsema, the police and the judiciary indicated two weeks ago that they did not like the arrival of the British conspiracy theorist. They therefore submitted a request to the IND to investigate whether entry to the Netherlands could be denied.
