Trampled by Turtles from Bob Dylan’s birthplace Duluth, Minnesota, have come a long way. They were originally founded by rock and punk musicians who also tried their hand at being a folk band. Now the project’s tenth album “Alpenglow” has just been released.
In a video interview, singer Dave Simonett told ROLLING STONE how Jeff Tweedy came to produce the new album and what he associates with the title “Alpenglow”. He also talks about the music scene in Minnesota today and what music influences him across genres.
