Dave Roelvink and Nicol Kremers want to become big in real estate. They like to collect rent from less well-off compatriots as pawnbroker. “To invest!”
Almost all celebrities with a high income are in real estate. The gossip magazine Weekend even has a regular column about stars and their properties: Star Houses. And the young stars Dave Roelvink (29) and Nicol Kremers (33), the ex-girlfriend of Peter Gillis, are now going in the stones.
Real estate mogul Dave
Dave has bought a property to rent out, he says in the Weekend. “Money in the bank is of no use to you, it will only lose value. If you’ve made good money, it’s better to invest, I think. So that’s what I’m doing now, in bricks.”
The reality star wants to become a real estate mogul. “If possible, I eventually plan to buy several properties, but that must be possible of course. I think money is in my top five things that are important. (…) I do think that money can also partly make you happy, because it makes life easier.”
Nicol in the stones
Nicol, the ex of Peter Gillis, wants to go exactly the same way. She tells in last night’s Shownieuws that it is ‘going very well’ with her OnlyFans career. “It is one and a half tons that I have now earned. From March 22.”
What will she do with it? “I will eventually do something in real estate. It will be something like that. Buying property that I can rent out to people or something like that will be what I’m going to do. That is actually the purpose behind it.”
