Daughters post declarations of love to their father

The end of Bruce Willis’ career was announced last week. The actor’s entire family used their Instagram channels to break the news and are responding to the community support with private family photos.

“Die Hard” review:

The family supports Bruce Willis

Action star Bruce Willis suffers from aphasia. This causes damage to the language center of the brain, leading to problems with speaking and reading. This has made acting more and more difficult for the 67-year-old actor in recent years, so he has now retired from the film industry.

The joint info post that revealed his career end already suggested that Willis’ daughters Rumer, Scout LaRue, Evelyn Penn, Mabel Ray and Tallulah Belle are behind him. With more photos on Instagram, they show again how important their father is to them and how they support him in this difficult step.

Rumer Willis: “I love you to the moon and back”

Actress Rumer Willis posted two photos from the family album: The first shows a young Bruce Willis with an unusual amount of hair on his head and two children in his arms. One of the children, believed to be Rumer Willis, grimaces while their father grins in amusement at the camera. Among them, the 33-year-old wrote a declaration of love to him: “I love you to the moon and back, dad. Thank you for teaching me to be so silly. I love laughing with you.”

A day later, another photo followed, showing the two, also much younger, side by side on an armchair with a wink. Bruce Willis has his arm around his young daughter and is wearing a gray cap. The actress is less verbose about this with four winking emojis, but that’s all it takes to understand the renewed declaration of love.

Scout LaRue Willis is touched

Daughter Scout LaRue also showed private insights into the life of the Willis family on Instagram: her photo shows the actress and singer together with Bruce Willis on an armchair. The two lean towards each other and smile dreamily at each other.

“It was so unreal yesterday to share something so personal. I didn’t know how it would be received. There is always some uncertainty when you show yourself so vulnerable to the world, ”explains the 30-year-old underneath, referring to the announcement of Willis’ career end. She was overwhelmed by all the sympathy that was expressed to her family and her father: “Yesterday I suddenly realized how much love, energy and prayers are now being sent to my dad, and that makes me so humbled that I tears come as I write this,” she said. The caption reads: “I am so grateful for your love, I am so grateful to hear what my dad means to you. Thank you to everyone who reached out to me yesterday, I love and appreciate you with all my heart, it will take me quite a while to reply to your messages!”

The post consists of another photo of Bruce Willis, which is probably intended to compensate for the seriousness and gravity of the situation. The actor is seen shirtless and tattooed in a goofy crouched pose.

Recently, a number of stars had expressed concern about the end of the career of the “Die Hard” star, including Kristy Swanson and Chad Michael Murray. In honor of the actor, ProSieben and Kabel Eins organized a Bruce Willis film evening on Friday (April 1).
