Noa Vahle, the daughter of Linda de Mol, has been criticized by so-called nepo-bashers from the start of her career. “But shouldn’t we say sorry for once?”
For some time now, there has been a growing annoyance at fake babies, children of celebrities who snatch coveted spots, particularly in the media and showbiz world, at the expense of talented people without well-known parents. Noa Vahle, Linda de Mol’s daughter, also owes her job to her well-known family.
Spit in mouth
Although Noa has eagerly used her privileged position and is therefore a fake baby, she undeniably has talent. And that is why Panorama columnist Micha Jacobs feels a bit concerned about what he said about the Mol daughter last year.
Micha found it downright ridiculous that Noa was sent to the World Cup in Qatar as a reporter last year. “Sending Noa Vahle was like spitting in the mouth of a football fan.”
Relief
It resulted in a razor-sharp column from Micha at the time, but now he has regrets, he confesses Panorama. “I found her a relief among all those football reporters who often consider themselves more important than the football players themselves (which is great in itself).”
He continues: “Somehow she melted my cold and prejudiced heart, which no one from the De Mol family had managed to do until now.”
Never done otherwise
Micha is now especially impressed by Noa. He also sees her at work in De Oranjezomer, where she acts as a reporter of sporting events. “As if she never did anything else.”
He concludes: “Now I only have sincere apologies.”
