HAAKSBERGEN – The 36-year-old Fenneke L. who was arrested on Monday due to a fatal incident under a viaduct on the N18 near Haaksbergen is free again. The Public Prosecution Service reported this on Wednesday. There are insufficient reasons to hold the woman any longer. Police are still investigating a possible crime related to the incident. As long as the investigation is ongoing, the woman will remain a suspect in the case, according to the Public Prosecution Service.
