A new data leak ‘Dubai Uncovered’ reveals how criminals, tax evaders, Russian oligarchs and other shady characters own real estate in the refuge and tax haven of Dubai. The names of some 191,000 foreigners with Dubai’s real estate, including 714 Belgian owners linked to 1,154 properties, have been leaked. That is what De Tijd and Knack write, who are part of the international project ‘Dubai Uncovered’.
