Pal Dardai (47) should remain coach of Hertha BSC even after relegation. The first contract talks started on Thursday at the office, according to reports there should be a basic agreement on a one-year contract.
For the talks, the coach had postponed his vacation in Hungary, which was actually scheduled for Thursday.
One thing is clear: Investor 777 Partners, who had also thought about and advised on other coach candidates, is said to have given the green light for Dardai and the mission of reconstruction and resurgence.
However, the signature, which would also include a certain financial volume, should only be made later – when Hertha is clear about the licensing issue. And it’s still completely open.
