Danny Noppert has reached the last sixteen of the Belgian Darts Open with great difficulty. The Freeze faced six match darts against Englishman Chris Dobey, but still won: 6-5. Earlier in the afternoon session, Jermaine Wattimena gave himself a nice birthday present by beating Ross Smith, the 2022 European Championship winner, 6-2.
