The Colombian Surgeon Edwin Arrieta died to be beheaded by the young Spanish Daniel Sancho, as stated in the autopsy results.
For this crime, Sancho, 29, has been accused by the police of premeditated murder and could face the death penalty.
Sancho and Arrieta, who met last year through Instagram, had met in Koh Phangan on August 2, the day the surgeon was murdered and dismembered, whose remains have been found in various locations on the island.

While family and friends of the surgeon try to assimilate the terrible event, there are many who have wanted to pay a small tribute to the deceased and have posted photos in which he can be seen in parties and meetings that he himself organized in his luxurious Colombian apartment.
The house is located in the neighborhood of El Recreo, in the Colombian town of Montería, according to the magazine ‘Semana’.
