Actor Daniel Brühl (44, “Good Bye, Lenin!”) According to his own statements, he enjoys a greater distance from the pandemic and war in his new home country of Spain.

“Especially for my five-year-old son, who is now asking a lot of questions, I wanted to offer the chance to move to his second home, where it’s just more peaceful,” said Brühl “Bunte”. “We live in the country, in the mountains and by the sea. It’s a radical change, but it feels fantastic.”

The German-Spanish lived in Berlin for a long time before moving. In addition to the effects of the corona pandemic, his wife Felicitas and his two children also felt “the war situation, which feels much closer in Berlin,” said Brühl.

The actor said of moving to his native country: “One of the best decisions I’ve made in 22 years.” The 44-year-old was born in Barcelona.
