Dani Olmo is back in training with German Cup winners RB Leipzig. The Spanish national soccer player completed his first exercises with the ball, the Saxon Bundesliga club announced on the X platform, formerly Twitter.
The 25-year-old Olmo injured his right knee in the international match against Georgia at the beginning of September and has had to take a break since then.
Olmo celebrated a perfect start to the season with three goals in the Supercup victory at FC Bayern and was initially the outstanding RB player of the current season with a total of five goals and one assist. Head coach Marco Rose expects the noble technician to return to the RB squad after the international break.
