The Europapa-mania is reaching great heights, as is also noticed at the Olympia Oosthuizen gym club. Teacher Anne-Fleur Tol likes to capitalize on that hype: yesterday she recorded a TikTok video with her street dance class at Molen De Breek, which also serves as a backdrop in Joost Klein’s official Eurovision Song Contest video clip.
“Little girls at the front,” teacher Anne-Fleur directs her forty cobblestone class into the correct formation. With the mill spinning rapidly in the background, the class soon goes crazy to the beats of the exciting Eurovision Song Contest song.

“They are natural talents,” says Anne-Fleur. The enthusiasm among her students to dance to the song is enormous, she notices. “At the beginning of the class, when they come in, they ask: ‘Can Europapa?’. So it’s definitely a hit.”
Her students confirm this. “I play it a lot, so it drives mom and dad a little crazy.” A mother agrees: “At home, on the schoolyard, at work, we get a bit tired of it, but it sticks well.”
