“Daily Mail”: Manchester City before Haaland commitment

Berlin (AP) – According to a report by the “Daily Mail”, the English soccer champions Manchester City are about to sign striker Erling Haaland.

Accordingly, the personal details have been clarified with the 21-year-old, his father Alf-Inge and advisor Mino Raiola. The Norwegian international can leave BVB after this season thanks to an exit clause of 75 million euros and has been linked to various clubs for months.

In total, the costs for the transfer of the attacker from Borussia Dortmund should amount to the equivalent of 120 million euros, according to “Daily Mail”. In order to fix the transfer, all that is missing is confirmation from club owner Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. But this is purely a matter of form. The English daily described the transfer as “affordable” for City.

According to media reports, Haaland and his advisor Raiola also have offers from Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and FC Bayern Munich. There is no confirmation for an offer from Munich. FC Barcelona also want to sign Haaland.
