Two cyclists riding an e-bike together collided with a parking van in the Steenbokstraat in Haarlem tonight. One of them had to go to the hospital.
The collision happened around 6:15 p.m. A police spokesperson tells NH that the van was waiting to park in an empty space. “The two girls on the bicycle probably made an error of judgment and collided on top of it.”
No serious injuries
“For the two girls, one of whom was a minor, it was very frightening. But they had no serious injuries,” said the spokesperson. However, one of them had to go to the hospital for a check-up. Steenbokstraat was temporarily inaccessible to buses, which could not pass the delivery van.
