On Saturday afternoon around two o’clock, a cyclist was hit by a van on the Lage Molenpolderweg in Oosterhout. The damage shows that the victim landed on the hood and also hit the windshield. The man was dragged several meters.
A trauma helicopter landed near the accident to provide medical assistance. The man was eventually taken to hospital by ambulance.
The Lage Molenpolderweg is closed in both directions for the investigation by the police.
