Cyclist Dylan Groenewegen no longer starts in Paris-Nice

Cyclist Dylan Groenewegen has not started in the fifth stage of Paris-Nice. The Amsterdammer has suffered too much from a crash earlier this week.

The cyclist was not the only one who did not start in France. No fewer than eighteen riders did not appear at the start. According to the organization, no corona infection has been detected, but a number of riders have problems with their respiratory tract.

The most notable riders who did not get on their bikes today in “the race to the sun”, are the Italian Matteo Trentin and the Belgian Yves Lampaert.
