A 39-year-old woman from Roosendaal died from injuries she sustained in an accident in Oud Gastel. She was cycling at the intersection of the Rietschotten with Het Appeltje in Oud Gastel on Thursday when she was hit by a truck.
The accident happened around half past three. The woman was taken to hospital under the supervision of a trauma doctor. She died there of her injuries. The police are still investigating how the accident happened.
