A 32-year-old cyclist from Geldrop died on Monday evening during a collision with a car. That happened at the intersection of the Gijzenrooiseweg and Schaarland in Geldrop. The emergency services have tried to resuscitate the man. The man died on the spot.
The three people who were in the car are to the police station to make a statement. How the accident could happen is not yet known. The police are investigating.
