A ‘slit eye gesture’ during a final training for the Tour of Guangxi has cost two cyclists dearly. The Estonian Madis Mihkels and the Belgian Gerben Thijssen have been removed from the selection for the Chinese WorldTour race by their team Intermarché-Circus-Wanty and put on the first plane home.
