Cutting down 77 trees along the tram track in IJsselstein has been postponed until further notice

IJsselstein has postponed the felling of 77 trees along the tram track for at least a year. The trees on the Randdijk, Poortdijk and Prins Willem-Alexanderdijk are said to have grown too large and therefore constitute a danger to the safety of travelers and passers-by. At the request of the province, they would be removed in the first weeks of March.
