Customs officers at the airport in the American metropolis of Chicago recently intercepted a very strange shipment: six human skulls. Also from the Netherlands.
The packages were discovered at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois. Customs officials found six human skulls in three boxes that were sent from the Netherlands with an address in the state of Iowa as final destination, several American media reported today. The find is from the end of March.
The three separate packages were sent by an undisclosed person. Each package contained two skulls. They were confiscated after they were discovered through X-rays. The accompanying papers did not mention anything about the skulls. The skulls have been sent to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for further research. Nothing has yet been announced about the sender from the Netherlands.
