Jewelry and other important personal items were taken during a home burglary in Zaandam on Sunday, March 26. The police speak of “significant emotional damage” to the victims. In the hope of catching the thieves, the police are sharing the images in Bureau NH today.
The images and sound fragments were made with a video doorbell. The two women are clearly visible. They struck between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM at the home of a couple with two sons in the Poelenburg district.
An underage girl made out of images has been made unrecognizable. The three women talk in the Bulgarian language. They call and mumble something to each other and eventually make their move in the house.
Loss
They brought a lot of jewelry. Some had emotional value, namely two wedding rings, with the date 8-8-1988. “This has a huge impact on the victims,” says the police in Bureau NH. “The loss for the injured parties in particular is unfathomable.”
In addition to the loss of stolen items, victims of home burglaries often suffer from other emotional and psychological problems. They often do not feel safe in their own home. That is why the police are looking for the above women.
