Cube and mix! The combination of shrimp and avocado is easy – And so delicious

This delicacy goes well with both tortilla and nachos.

Shrimp quacamole can be eaten with fried corn tortillas, for example. Roni Lehti

– This is very simple. Easy, but so delicious, praises chef Risto Mikkola.

Shrimp quacamole goes well with deep-fried tortillas. If you don’t want to or don’t have time to deep-fry tortillas, you can just toast them in a pan, oven or grill, or eat guacamole with crunchy nachos.

However, Mikkola reminds that the tortillas should be corn and not wheat tortillas. They taste completely different.

This time, Mikkola hasn’t added mango, but you can do it very well. Fresh mango fits perfectly into the dish and gives a nice touch with its sweetness.

A busy cook can make the guacamole a day in advance, but then it must be kept cool and the container must be airtight.
