Two cycling girls were seriously injured around eight o’clock on Monday morning after they were hit by two motorists while crossing the road at the intersection of Heikantlaan with Mascagnistraat in Tilburg.
Due to the seriousness of the situation, three ambulances and an air ambulance came to the scene of the collision.

The Heikantlaan is closed to traffic near the Mascagnistraat. The girls were rushed to a hospital in ambulances. The trauma doctor did not go with the ambulance.
How the collision could have happened is under investigation.
