Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner, 25, has received criticism for the hygiene of her cosmetics company Kylie Cosmetics, reports Fox News.
On her Instagram account, Jenner posted a picture of herself in her company’s laboratory, where she mixes cosmetic products without proper equipment.

Emmy Award-winning makeup artist and cosmetics developer Kevin James Bennett took a strong stance on the matter on social media.
– I am a cosmetics developer and I work in cosmetics factories and their laboratories. My hair is very short, and I have never been allowed into the lab without a hairnet, shoe covers or disposable gloves, commented Bennett.
Kylie Cosmetic was founded in 2015 and has earned its founder, Jenner, millions of dollars.
Bennett wrote that he wanted to protect the company’s potential customers.
– Kylie misleads her followers into thinking that she makes cosmetics herself. I’d like to know what ignorant Italian factory allowed him to stage the image in their lab without following proper hygiene regulations.
Jenner responded to Bennett’s statement by saying that the photo was not actually taken at the company’s factory.
– I would never ignore hygiene issues, and neither would any public figure or owner of a cosmetics company. It is completely unacceptable.
In 2019, Jenner was named the world’s youngest self-made female billionaire, but after a recalculation, her fortune was reported to be around $900 million.
