The champion spoke of a particular period, made of joy for the baby’s arrival in the family, and at the same time of deep pain for the loss of the little one. “When you have a baby you expect everything to be normal, to be fine,” he said. Only a week after Angel’s death, he and Georgina were able to tell their other children the truth: their little brother is in Heaven. Ronaldo also revealed that the baby’s ashes are in the house. “I have a chapel downstairs,” she explained. And that’s where Angel rests together with his grandfather, Cristiano Ronaldo’s father, who died of liver failure in 2005. «I talk to them every day and I know they stand by me“, he added. «They help me to be a better man, to be a better person, to be a better father. And that’s something I’m really proud of.”
