At the place of Ylen’s Elämäni biisi program, a TV quiz started on Saturday in Hengaila. Jenni Poikelunus and the program hosted by Riku Rantala is based on the Swedish all-time favorite På spåret.
In it, two celebrity couples face each other and go on a train journey around the world. They take turns answering tricky quiz questions in soundproof train cars.
Iltalehti told how the show received criticism on social media even before a single episode had been seen. The audience’s reaction after the opening episode was at least as negative.
It was seen in the opening episode of the Finnish version Sauli KoskinenCristal Snow, Meeri Koutaniemi and Laura Malmivaara.
Among the contestants, especially Cristal received an avalanche of feedback. Cristal, known as a screenwriter and host, responded to his critics on social media.
– Judging from the comments received, one would think that yesterday I would have murdered someone. Entertainment is such a serious place in Finland. Homophobia, misogyny. A seemingly inferior name-calling because, they say, I ruined a new entertainment program by being myself. I tried to tell jokes and be funny. Obviously I failed, Cristal writes in her Instagram update.

According to Cristal, reading the personal feedback was discouraging.
– Write what you write on your own pages and discussion boards, you have the right to do that, but it is worrying how someone feels the need to name someone else on their personal social media, Cristal writes.
The program has received criticism for, among other things, the questions being too easy and, despite them, the participants’ poor general education. The Swedish Aftonbladet writes that “Swedish success became a Finnish flop”.
