Farms that believe that they have been wrongly given the red code and therefore have to stop by 2025 due to the nitrogen agreement can discuss their file with the administration. Flemish Minister of Agriculture Hilde Crevits made this clear in the Flemish Parliament on Wednesday during an exchange of views. “The aim is to examine each file thoroughly. We must treat people correctly,” said the CD&V minister.
