“Enzo! Can I have a picture? I’m begging you.” A boy wearing a black Achilles 1894 hat screams for vlogger Enzo Knol’s attention. On this Monday evening, there are hundreds of children like him along the main field of the football club in Assen, who want a selfie with one of their idols. And who should win? “Creators FC!” The boy in the black hat is torn between the love for his club and the YouTubers: “I hope it will be equal. I can’t choose between the teams.”
Creators FC is a team consisting of vloggers, YouTubers and influencers. They play football matches to raise money for charities. In this case the Asser Kiwanis Children’s Fund.
