Création Gross is now the fourth generation in the family business

Dominik Gross will start his work at Création Gross in October. With him, the fourth generation of the founding family enters the almost hundred-year-old men’s fashion company.

The 31-year-old son of co-owner Peter Gross will start as a management trainee in October to get to know all areas of the company. “The goal is clearly to join the management board and take over the functional areas of sales, product and marketing from long-standing managing director Ralph Böhm,” said the clothing company from Hersbruck in Franconia. Création Gross owns the men’s brands Carl Gross and Club of Gents.

Continuity in the family business

Dominik Gross studied business administration in Bamberg and completed his master’s degree in Hong Kong with a focus on market strategy and finance. In recent years he has worked, among other things, as a key account manager at the consumer goods group Reckitt Benckiser in Heidelberg. During his studies he did an internship at the fashion group S.Oliver in Hong Kong.

“We are pleased that Dominik will support the company from October. It is a clear and important signal of stability and continuity, which is important in this time of various difficulties,” said Managing Partner Thomas Steinhart in the statement on Wednesday.
