This ends the series of the Merlins, who had recently defeated Bamberg four times in a row.
The climber from Heidelberg, on the other hand, celebrates a home win against the Fraport Skyliners from Frankfurt. Against the bottom of the table, the Academics managed a 71:65 (36:30). Jordan Geist contributed 19 points to the success.
