M-Sport of the World Rally Championship announces that by Craig Breen 32, the contract has been terminated one year before its end.
Breen came to M-Sport from Hyundai, but at no point did he get the new car properly in his hands. The Irishman, who drove two podium finishes, finished seventh in the World Drivers’ Championship last season. For Breen, the season ended in a telling way in the Japanese competition, when he broke his seam already in Friday’s outing.
According to the Dirtfish website, Breen’s path now leads back to Hyundai, where he will form a driving team together by Thierry Neuville, Esapekka Lapin and Dani Sordon with.
