Cowana and SSP ahead at halftime in CS:GO ESL Championship

The Counter-Strike teams of Cowana Gaming and Sissi State Punks lead the current ESL Championship season at halftime.

Cowana had already finished second in the last season of the 99Damage League, which was merged with the ESL Championship for the new season. In Group B, the team is now in first place.

In Group A, the Sissi State Punks lineup, who have only played for the organization since the beginning of the year, are in strong form and currently lead Group A with eight wins.

Defending champion Sprout continues to do well, going undefeated after losing in the first week.

However, since the team has not been in action since the third week of the game due to the play-in phase of IEM Katowice and has a few catch-up games ahead of them, they are currently behind Cowana and BIG Academy in their own Group B with five wins.
