Favorite actress Courteney Cox, 58, has often spoken about aging, appearance pressures and cosmetic surgeries. The star, who will turn 60 next year, previously told The Times in an interview that he had stopped “chasing youth”.

Cox’s recent Instagram post is perhaps also some kind of statement on the subject.

In the video, the actress browses pictures of “Generation Z girls”, after which she puts on make-up and changes into the clothes favored by the youth, apparently her children.

The star’s reels video has aroused admiration among fans and the star’s sense of humor has been praised.

Next year, Cox turns 60.

– There’s nothing wrong with being sixty, I just can’t believe it. Time goes by so fast, the star told The Times in an interview.

Cox has said in the past that, in his own opinion, he went to extremes when it came to cosmetic operations and especially fillers.

He said that over the years he has better understood what is really important to him. Cox said she has learned what she enjoys and what she wants to let go of.

He admitted that he struggled in his own time to accept the changes brought by age.

– I tried to chase it (youth) for years, Cox said.

Cox has since been horrified by her appearance changed by the injections.

“I didn’t realize I looked really weird because of the fillers, and I wouldn’t do things like that to my face again,” Cox said.

The actor’s appearance pressure was not eased by the discussions surrounding his appearance. In the end, Cox’s relatives also took up the issue. That’s when the star knew he had to change his ways.

– The day you realize what your friends are talking about – because people are talking about me, I guess. That was the period when I decided this had to stop. This is just crazy, Cox said.
