A judicial source confirms to the French news agency AFP that a judicial investigation into the facts was launched on February 22. The seventies were questioned by the investigators about sexual aggression towards a minor under the age of fifteen and human trafficking of a minor. The girl’s mother is being prosecuted for human trafficking of a minor. The two were placed in pre-trial detention.
According to the newspaper, the four people involved were in a cinema in Paris on February 19 when agents intervened. The mother was arrested and also the seventy-year-old, who was caught red-handed at the time when he committed sexual offenses against the girl. He would have paid just under 90,000 euros to the parents to indulge his sexual desires on the girl.
A source close to the investigation believes that the events took place over many years. Both of the girl’s parents have Romanian nationality.
