Judgment on the alleged extortion of rapper Bushido postponed to 2023! The Berlin district court announced ten further hearing dates until January 23, 2023.

The process has now been running for two years.

Arafat Abou-Chaker (46) and three brothers are accused. In 2018, the clan boss is said to have demanded several million euros from rapper Anis Ferchichi (43) for their separation. The allegations: attempted severe extortion, dangerous bodily harm, deprivation of liberty, insult. The rapper was reportedly jailed, hit with a bottle and thrown at a chair on January 18, 2018. The clan brothers are silent.

► On the 79th day of the trial, a police officer (32) testifies. She was there when Bushido was with the police for the first time a year after the accused crimes. “He had painkillers with him,” the officer recalls on January 21, 2019.

Bushido reported unsuccessful attempts to bring about a business separation from the clan. The “announcement” was made to him: “There will be no Bushido without an Abou-Chaker.”

On September 17, 2019, the indictment was ready. The process began on August 17, 2020. Bushido testified on 27 days of the hearing. Since indications of a planned kidnapping of his children and an acid attack on his wife Anna-Maria (40), the family has been under personal protection (costs half a million euros a year).

Most recently confessed to seven shots in front of the “Café Einstein” on Budapester Strasse on November 12, 2019 (no one was injured).
