Dave De Kock, the kidnapper of the four-year-old toddler Dean, has not been sufficiently followed up by Justice, according to court journalist Faroek Özgünes. He let that know at VTM NIEUWS. De Kock assaulted a two-year-old boy in 2008, resulting in death and was serving a ten-year prison sentence. Faroek Özgünes emphasizes, however, that after those ten years, the man was not yet ready to rejoin society.
