A fatal accident occurred on Saturday evening in Rance, between Beaumont and Chimay, in the province of Hainaut. Three people lost their lives.
It involved a couple and their 3-year-old daughter. A six-year-old girl was seriously injured, reports ‘RTL’.
The accident happened around 11pm last night. For an unknown reason, the car veered off the roadway. The car then hit a pole and then landed on its roof in a ditch along the road.
All occupants were thrown out except the six-year-old girl. The fire brigade was able to free her. She is now in critical condition at a local hospital.
