There was a line through all cycling races in Russia and Belarus. Russian and Belarusian teams were no longer welcome anywhere, as were judges from those countries. Even the championship jerseys and flags were banned. It seemed as if the International Cycling Federation UCI sanctioned everything and everyone from Russia and Belarus last Tuesday.
