A so-called third-country national from Ukraine who threatened to lose his right to protection on Monday may remain in the shelter for the time being. He had lost a case at the court in Rotterdam and appealed to the Council of State. Until the highest court has ruled, he must continue to receive shelter. The Council of State determined this late Friday evening in an emergency ruling.
