The withdrawal of recognition of the Muslim executive, decided last month by Justice Minister Vincent Van Quickenborne, stands. Five members of the Executive and the non-profit association ‘Collège de l’Exécutif des Musulmans de Belgique’ had appealed the decision to the Council of State, but on Thursday it rejected their request to suspend the KB.
